Baton Rouge, Louisiana · Est. Since Childhood
Fine art giclée printing, photo restoration & original works
crafted with archival precision for collectors who demand the extraordinary.
About the Artist
David Humphreys has spent a lifetime studying the relationship between light, memory, and permanence. Born and raised in the cultural richness of Louisiana, his work draws on the Spanish moss-draped bayous, the jazz-soaked streets, and the layered histories of Baton Rouge — translated into images that endure.
As both a working fine artist and a master giclée printer, David occupies a rare space: he understands image-making from conception to archival output. Every print produced in his studio carries that dual knowledge — the sensitivity of an artist and the precision of a craftsman.
His restoration work has brought irreplaceable family photographs back from the edge of loss, returning heirlooms to the families who thought them gone forever. His original works hang in private collections across the country.

How We Work
We begin with a conversation — in person, by phone, or via email — to understand your vision, the intended space, and what you hope the work will carry emotionally and aesthetically.
A detailed proposal is presented: media, dimensions, paper selection, edition details, and timeline. No work begins until every element is agreed upon and you are fully confident.
David crafts your piece with full creative attention. Progress proofs are shared throughout the process. Archival inks and museum-grade substrates are used for every work without exception.
Every work is hand-inspected, signed (where applicable), and packaged with archival care. White-glove local delivery and installation assistance is available throughout the greater Baton Rouge area.
